Nevada Senator Harry Reid was interviewed by CNN about how he's working to create jobs by diversifying Nevada's economy as he continues to strengthen the Silver State's top industries: tourism and gaming. The segment focused on how Reid is working to ensure Nevada leads the nation in clean energy jobs by taking advantage of Nevada's abundant natural resources like wind, solar and geothermal energy. "While tourism and gaming are our top industries, we must redouble our efforts to diversify Nevada's economy and ensure we lead the nation in clean energy jobs," said Reid. "Investment in clean energy jobs is critical to protecting ourselves from another economic downturn and to making Nevada more competitive in the global economy."
