The new health care reform law is already working for Nevadans. Young adults are now able to stay on their parents' health insurance until they turn 26, and approximately 30,000 small businesses throughout the state are eligible for tax credits that will make coverage for their employees more affordable. These are just a few benefits of health reform that are already available under the new law. "These things are coming into effect right now," said Reid. "We know it's the right thing to do."
