Nevada Senator Harry Reid today received an update on Bank of America's commitment to improving the bank's service to Nevada homeowners. Bank of America has established a hotline specifically for Nevada customers who need help to keep their homes. The hotline number is 1-877-345-6416 and can be used to make an appointment at one of the resource centers or get assistance over the phone. "One of the biggest problems Nevadans came to me with when trying to deal with Bank of America was the fact that they couldn't get a bank representative on the phone to discuss ways to keep their homes," said Reid. "As the bank works to alleviate that problem, I will continue working to ensure they meet their end of the deal."
