Nevada Senator Harry Reid spoke today about the 61st anniversary of the integration of the armed services. "African Americans flew airplanes, and fought in the trenches but there was still segregation until Harry Truman came along," said Reid.  "This is one of the many things he did to go down in history as one of America's great presidents."
