Nevada Senator Harry Reid participated in a send-off ceremony honoring wounded soldiers who are flying to Las Vegas for a special weekend of relaxation in recognition of their sacrifice and service to our country. Reid, who was joined by Admiral Barry Black, the Chaplain of the U.S. Senate, met with soldiers and thanked them for their service. Included in the group was Gerald Smith, a soldier from Nevada, who Reid presented with a medal to thank him for his service.
