Nevada Senator Harry Reid today congratulated the Wolfpack on their upset victory of Boise State. Boise State came into this collegiate football season ranked third in the country, and was on track for its third undefeated season in five years before losing to the University of Nevada in one of the biggest upsets in collegiate football history. "Now our proud program has knocked off one of the toughest teams in the nation," said Reid. "This remarkable, memorable win means so much for an underrated and underappreciated athletic program, for a great university and for the whole state of Nevada."
