Washington, D.C. – Nevada Senator Harry Reid today announced the creation of his official page on Twitter, the social messaging site, which will include updates from Reid’s staff and the senator himself.
 
“Twitter is a simple, effective tool that gives me and my office another way to keep in touch with Nevadans to ensure they are up to speed on my work in the Senate,” Reid said.  “Whether we give a brief update on what is happening on the Senate Floor or share a link to a must-read news article, Twitter gives us the ability to share news as it happens.”
