Funds made available as part of economic recovery act

Washington, D.C. – Nevada Senator Harry Reid announced $2 million of economic recovery funding is headed to the Yerington Pauite Tribe for job creating housing projects. Specifically the money will create jobs designing and building seven new units in the Willows Court Subdivision.
                                   
“This money will continue our efforts to create jobs in Nevada, while building houses for the Yerington Pauite Tribe,” Reid said.   “I’m pleased that the recovery act gives us the opportunity to build these new homes while putting people to work.”
