The American flag is the most visible symbol of the United States of America.  It is instantly recognizable here at home and abroad as a powerful sign of freedom and the rule of law. I am pleased to inform you that my office accepts requests to have an American flag flown over the United States Capitol on behalf of Nevadans.

The flag can be flown on any day of the year to honor special occasions, events, and holidays.  An authentic certificate will accompany each flag you order, showing the day it was flown and the occasion for which it was flown.
To request a flag from my office you can either submit a request online or download a flag request form and mail it in. Requests made online must be paid for using bank account or credit/debit card information. A mailed-in flag request form will require you to send a personal check or money order for the cost of the flag.

Please note: my office can accept flag requests only from Nevada residents. If you are not from Nevada, please contact the senators from your state to request a flag.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ONLINE REQUESTS
Please submit your flag request no later than a week before the fly date.  After the flag has flown, please allow for approximately 3 to 4 weeks to receive your flag.  The flag office requires 2 weeks to fulfill a request. Once the request is filled, flags are mailed out regular postal mail and take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.  Because of the complexity of flying such a high volume of flags, we are unable to provide refunds or order cancellations 24 hours after a flag request transaction.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MAILED IN FLAG REQUESTS
Please allow for 6-8 weeks for our office to process your flag request especially if you would like your flag flown on a specific date.  Our mail process takes several weeks because of the Senate security process, and the flag office requires 2 weeks to fulfill a request. Once the request is filled, flags are mailed out regular postal mail and take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. transaction.

Option 2:  Download and Print the Flag Requests Form

Download the flag request form (PDF file) and use it to complete the order on your computer. The form will calculate costs automatically for you. This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
 
Mail a printed copy of the completed form along with a check or money order made out to "Keeper of the Stationery" to:
